Kitchen renovations

The service and execution of work from the team at Stellar Property Solutions has been outstanding and second to none. We were (slightly unexpectedly) renovating an apartment and from the initial consultation (which Shane managed to make time for on Christmas Eve) through to the finished product, I have nothing but the highest praise for this company (and their contractors). The communication was excellent...with any project there may be unexpected delays with flow on effects but we appreciated Shanes candor and honest assessments of job duration. The whole team was exceptional and equally happy to do large projects or small jobs. We had nominated to do a few things ourselves (in hindsight would have had SPS do it all as we are based elsewhere) but when we were close to finishing our project and couldn't (would have meant another trip North from the SI) Shane said no problem to help if you run out of time and they actioned those last few jobs for us (Jason, you are also a rockstar!) The SPS team was recommended by a friend and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again either or provide a verbal reference.

I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Stellar Property Management by our letting agents when we decided some work was needed on my parents’ property. The fact that I was based overseas made me dread the process of having to arrange everything from afar, but Shane was so professional and responsive that I immediately felt comfortable leaving things in his hands and gave him the go ahead to start work before my return to NZ. When I got back I was incredibly pleased at both the progress and quality of work that had been completed.As was to be expected starting work on an old house that hadn’t been maintained for years, it was a bit like opening a can of worms and the list of essential works kept growing. This was where Shane really proved his worth; he had contacts with every trade that was needed and all of their employees were equally as polite and professional as his own. Towards the end I began joking with him I was going to find a problem he couldn’t solve but never succeeded! I left before the final jobs were completed but have every confidence everything will be done to the same high standards and Shane has provided regular updates by video.I couldn’t recommend him and his team more highly and am more than happy to provide a verbal reference for him if required.
